It’s Ironman Season!!
Ironman South Africa is this weekend!! I few of my favorite pros will be getting their race on. 
The photo is of the women’s defending champ. Lucie Zelenkova as she celebrates her win. One of my all time favorites Bree Wee will be racing. I’ve been following her training progress on her blog all year and I know she’s rearin’ to go. The men’s race is littered with some fantastic athletes as well. None of whom I’m familiar with. It has been interesting reading about Bree Wee’s race prep without her bike or her luggage. Check out her blog to learn if her essentials arrives on time.
May 1st is the inaugural Ironman St. George. This race is very 
exciting for because two of my most favorite people will be racing! Lea Nibur (her first Ironman distance race) and Scott Bolin (Lea’s husband, and 4 time Ironman finisher) will be out there test driving the course for us. I hear the course is nothing but hills, hills, and more hills and the water temp. could freeze your toes off. They have both prepared well, and I’m sure they will do great!
